sure this dream would come true! Despite the fact
that he was laughing when he told me about his
dream and that he was joking, I did not feel good
after learning about it. In addition, it was true. He
left us forever.
18. Testimony of Kareema Mqaat, 35, Wife of
Martyr Hosam:1
My husband used to be a construction
worker. But he stopped working for the last three
years after he was diagnosed from Articular
Cartilage
Disease..
The day he was killed, he went to the
mosque to perform Alfajer prayer then came back
home to take his medicine. In the afternoon, he
went outside to get some fresh air. He was still
nearby when bombardment shook the house!
I shouted at my kids to gather them
around then called at my husband. There was no
response. I ran towards the door, and there he was
with blood all over his body! Seeing the missile
that killed my husband, and our neighbour’s body
split into pieces, and my husband’s lifeless body,
I screamed! I screamed out of fear, out of terror. I
screamed for the loss of my husband, the everlasting
loss. Motionlessly, I spent much time looking
at my kids weeping over their martyred father.
