Israel Kills
Families Targeted by Israeli Terror in 2012
house, but I felt something weird in my heart.
They told me that the ambulance was here
to take my son and his friend to hospital after they
were attacked by a drone missile, and that they both
were killed. I really regretted going to his uncle’s
house.
At about 12:20 pm, Israeli drones fired a missile
in Deir Al-Balah, near Polytechnic University,
resulting in the martyrdom of Mohammed
Yousef Badr, 24.

Martyr
Mohammed:1
I got up in the early morning to find my
son Mohammed preparing himself to go perform
the dawn prayer. He went out, wishing me a good
morning. When he came back, we had breakfast
together.
After a little time, he told me he was going
to the market and asked me if I wanted to accompany
him, I said no. Thus, he went alone. After some
time, I remembered that I want something from the
market, so I went to buy it. At the market, my cell
phone rang.
Never in my entire life had I imagined
that a phone call would inform me about my son’s
martyrdom. Never had I imagined losing him in a
blink of an eye. I did not believe the call and came
back home rushing and the image of my son would
not leave me.
After I arrived, my house was full of people.
That moment, I realized that my son left for good. I
still have pain over the loss of my son and all I want
