The book will focus on the humanitarian
aspect for the following reasons:
1. Violations in this aggression were not limited
only to the violations of rights of freedom and
movement, but it also affected the indigenous
people’s right of existence on their own land.
2. The Israeli violation to human rights in this
aggression did not only lead to the violation of
the national Palestinian sovereignty, but it was
also a clear attempt to eliminate the Palestinians
presence.
The importance of this book lies in several reasons:
1. It shows the brutal Israeli practices against the
Gaza strip during Operation Pillar of Defense,
in the light of murders and assassinations.
2. It exposes the so-called only democracy in the
Middle East showing the Israel is a bloody, fake
democracy.
3. It describes and determines the means and
policies that the Israeli army followed to repress
and terrorize Palestinians during the aggression.
4. It declares that Israel, beyond any doubt,
repeatedly violates the Fourth
Geneva
Conventions that relates to the Protection of
populations and their property, although it has
signed it.
5. It exposes Israel’s inability to control the Gaza
Strip.
6. It clarifies the Israeli scenarios to encounter the
increasingly growing power of resistance.
