All I could remember after knowing that
he has already gone, was waking up the next day,
and suffering severe trauma. I still could not accept
losing him. He was my dearest son.
18. Testimony of Sabri Al-Aawydat, 60, father of
martyr:1
My son Mohammed was an active and
responsible person with good manners. My son
suffered a lot. In the previous aggression, for
example, he was injured. Only after his martyrdom
had we known that the shrapnel that injured him
was inside his body for this long time! He also built
a small house for his family. It was almost ready,
but alas, he didn’t live in it! I only hope he lives in a
better, wider palace in heaven.
May my dearest son, rest in peace.
