Families Targeted by Israeli Terror in 2012
heard a sound of explosion in the area. My mother
was sleeping when the explosion happened. Waking
up terrified, my mother heard my father’s cousin
saying, ‘Al-Abed was killed!’My mother screamed.
I was the first to get outside. I saw my father
lying at the entrance of the house bleeding. I knew
he was killed.
Nearly at 7:30 am, a missile was fired at three
citizens while driving their vegetable van in
Shaikh Ajleen area immediately killing them.
The martyrs were Ameen Zohdy Bashir, 41,
Tamer Rushdy Bashir, 31, and Rasheed Elian
Abu Amra, 51.

My husband Tamer was working in a
grocery store for 20 years. The morning of his
martyrdom, he went out at 7:30 am to the field to
gather vegetables before going to his store, in Al-
Shaikh Ejleen area, to sell them. His cousins and
his neighbour, Ameen Bashir, who work with my
husband, were with him. Moments later, Israeli
warplanes bombed the car they were driving in Al-
Berka Street in front of the house.
