Israel Kills
• Economic Sanctions:
it includes closing the
Gaza Strip for several consecutive days, closing
all crossing points, cutting power for a long
time, putting restrictions on fruit and vegetable
exports, reducing amounts of money allowed to
enter the Gaza Strip, and imposing heavy taxes
on Palestinian traders. Adding to that, Israel
took to closing Palestinian shops and breaking
locks of stores, putting obstacles on the way of
trucks loaded with products, preventing farmers
from collecting their produce, increase the
value of travel permits and taxes which recently
reached up to more than two hundred dollars.
• Educational Sanctions:
it includes closing
universities and the institutes for long periods,
preventing student elections, firing at teachers,
and dragging the students to military vehicles.
Despite these different ferocious, cruel
practices used against Palestinians in the Gaza
Strip, resistance always continues and Israel never
achieves its objectives. This raised many questions
from the Israeli side such as:
• Is it possible for the army to reduce support for
resistance to a reasonable extent?
• Does the Israeli Army have the capabilities to
work stronger against the Palestinian resistance?
What prevents it from doing so?
• Does the army have the courage to declare
failure to suppress resistance?
• Can the situation continue the same for
a long time? What will the results be?
