Israel Kills
Families Targeted by Israeli Terror in 2012
1. Those who signed the conventions must be
legally and morally responsible and fulfil their
obligations. They must make sure that Israel
respects those conventions and agreements, as
well. Therefore, international silence on these
grave violations committed by the occupation
forces, encourages Israel to act as a state
above the law and to commit more crimes
against Palestinian civilians without any legal
prosecution;
2. Demanding an immediate and crucial
international intervention to stop the bloodshed
of the Palestinians to maintain their security and
properties, and to punish the Israeli officials
for the serious and grave violations against
Palestinian civilians;
3. International civil society organizations
including human rights organizations, bar
associations and committees of international
solidarity, have to collect the Israeli violations,
which the commission on Human Rights of
the United Nations classified as war crimes
and crimes against humanity, to identify the
names of the offenders and to identify the legal
prosecution mechanisms required.
4. International committees, especially the Red
Cross, have to increase the number of their
employees and intensify their activities in
the occupied Palestinian territories, including
providing humanitarian and medical aids to
affected Palestinians, allowing family visits
to prisoners in Israeli jails, and ensuring
the enjoyment of their rights guaranteed by
international conventions.
5. Media has to focus on exposing war crimes and
violations Israel commits.
