is never heard that Israeli soldiers were judged for
what they would commit.
The repeated violations of shooting
instructions do not refer only to how easy it is to
violate such instructions, but also to the complete
absence of military disciplinary codes.
Although the occupation forces claim that
their soldiers must follow the proper and regular
orders of clashes that orders shooting only at these
suspected. What happened in the two uprisings and
all of the military campaigns declared the opposite.
In fact, the statements of their army officers and the
absence of a lawsuit indicates that Israeli soldiers
can apply their own loose interpretations of these
commands.
Israel intentionally causes as much

authorities, particularly international parties
which have adopted legal rights, conventions
