in his hand, he opened his eyes, smiled and said,
‘God bless you!’ these were the last words I heard
from him before martyrdom. I wish Allah accepts
him as a martyr.
2. Testimony of Um Hamid al-Hams, Wife of
the Martyr, Mohammed:1
In the very beginning of the aggression
on the Gaza Strip, exactly at 3:45 pm, we heard
the news of targeting a car near the Public Service
Hospital, and another car similar nearAl Amal Hotel
and shortly afterwards, they announced the death
of Abu Muhammad al-Jabari, whom my husband
was accompanying. I realized then that something
distasteful might happen to my husband. This was
few minutes before I got the news of his martyrdom.
The last thing he posted on his Facebook
before he was killed was ‘Apparently, this night is
going to be a hard night! Please stay safe.’ It’s like
he had a feeling of becoming a martyr that day.
Mohammed and I had five kids; three sons:
Hamid, Wahid and Meshaal who is less than a year
old; and two daughters: Jumana and Jana. I wish God
helps me bear the burden and accept his loss. Life is
going and keeps going no matter what happened to
us! I will always remember the so beautiful love we
used to have. I will try to accept and move on in life.
